    Mid-Senior Computer Vision / Machine Learning Engineer

    We are looking for a creative and skilled computer vision and machine learning engineer that will join our team. You will participate in research, design and development of new algorithms, models and solutions for real world problems. In your work you will use state-of-the-art technologies and collaborate with experienced researchers and scientists in the region and abroad.

    Tasks and Responsibilities:

    • as a part of the R&D team, you will work on researching and implementing new feature sets for current and future clients,
    • support the whole development process ranging from initial analysis, architecture design, implementation, documentation and maintenance of CV/ML solutions,
    • systematically test your algorithms’ performance and optimize their robustness and accuracy under real-world conditions,
    • you will work closely with the software development team on integrating the latest R&D results into the product codebase,
    • optimize your solutions for execution on different platforms and prepare them for transitioning into reliable products,
    • together with the product manager, you will be responsible for creating correct project estimates, regarding time and effort.

    Requirements:

    • at least 2 years of professional experience in CV/ML software development,
    • good skills in Python,
    • knowledge of popular CV/ML frameworks (OpenCV, Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch, etc.),
    • familiarity with models like MobileNet, ResNet and detection architectures such as YOLO, Faster/Mask-RCNN,
    • solid computer vision know-how and hands-on experience in developing and benchmarking CV/ML algorithms.

    Nice to have:

    • experience in C++,
    • experience with Docker,
    • experience with TensorRT/CUDA/CuDNN,
    • experience in numerical analysis, algorithms and data structures,
    • experience in 3D Vision, SLAM or related technologies,
    • experience in software porting, cross-compiling & optimization for different end platforms (Intel or ARM based CPU, Nvidia GPU, etc.)

    Profile:

    • university degree in a technical field or comparable work experience,
    • proficient in spoken and written English,
    • proven 2+ years of professional experience in development of CV/ML solutions,
    • detail-oriented and organized,
    • independent thinker.

    • grow further the clients by navigating through the organization and pitching to new prospects,
    • develop and sustain client relationships through meetings, presentations, business networking, conferences, etc.
    • Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Protech`s ambitious growth plan,
    • understand and stay current with competitors’ strengths and weaknesses; effectively articulate Protech’s competitive advantage,
    • leverage Protech solutions to further drive client acquisition & customer retention.

    Requirements:

    • excellent spoken and written English,
    • Bachelor’s degree, preferably master’s from an accredited educational institution,
    • 2+ years of successful sales experience in business environment,
    • 2+ years of experience of working in consulting or market research,
    • experience in managing sales pipeline, forecasting, and closing deals,
    • excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business,
    • proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.
